Agreement
By using weft.co you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
What this site is
Marketing and reference material about Weft’s products. Nothing here is a binding offer, a warranty of performance, or professional advice. Product capabilities described on this site are subject to the specifications in a signed agreement.
Not a substitute for testing
Weft is a screening and verification tool. It does not replace accredited laboratory analysis, and nothing on this site should be read as advice that you may reduce or omit testing required by law, by a customer, or by a standard you have committed to. Decisions about regulatory compliance remain yours.
Intellectual property
The content, design, marks and software on this site belong to Weft or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own reference. You may not copy the site’s design or content to build a competing product, or use our marks without written permission.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or the systems behind it.
- Do not scrape, overload or disrupt the service.
- Do not upload anything unlawful or malicious through our forms.
Third-party links
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control or endorse what you find there.
Liability
The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Weft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Weft is incorporated, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
